There will be exposed to sale, by public roup, within the office of Messrs Watt and Cumine, Advocates, 4, Correction Wynd, Aberdeen, on Wednesday 26 April at 2pm.
The cottage and garden ground attached, belonging to Miss Simpson, situated on the north-east side of the road running betwixt the railway station and hotel at Ballater.
The cottage contains five bedrooms with kitchen and scullery and also a shop, to which there is a separate entrance.
The ground, extend to a quarter of an acre, is held on building lease for 99 years from Whitsunday 1869. Tack-duty £1 10s.
